For many of us, Mondays are a sluggish start to the week, and it can often be difficult to find motivation, especially with the gloomy weather we’ve been having recently! So, starting today, every Monday’s post is going to be filled with tips, motivational quotes, and even inspirational stories, to help you get through the day. Each week will cover a different topic, but hopefully it’ll help to get your week off to a great start.
This week we’ll start with the basics, with some motivational quotes that I’m sure we can all relate to.
Yes, Mondays do probably mean that you’re back to work, or Uni, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Instead of focusing on the negatives, try to think about the positives. You’re happy, you’re healthy, and you could really change your life this week if you put your mind to it.
Just remember, positive thinking breeds positive results.
And if Monday does turn out to be a struggle, Tuesday’s always another chance to start afresh. Good luck!
