Over the last few weeks, I’ve been feeling pretty overwhelmed. With an endless number of deadlines, and putting pressure on myself to do project after project despite clearly not having enough time, it’s been non stop.
I always have to remind myself to take some time out, or else I can easily get overstressed and start feeling down in the dumps. That’s exactly what’s happened the past week or so.
However, I have managed to meet all of my deadlines, and fit everything else into my schedule, and I’m now off Uni for 5 weeks.
That will, of course, consist of a lot of revision and hard work, but I’m going to make a conscious effort to care for myself more.
Since I broke up from Uni yesterday, I’ve spent a lot of time with my boyfriend, and had a trip out with some friends we’ve not seen in a while, and it’s been really great.
So, I’m sorry if my blog suffers for the next couple of days while I take some time out, but I really need it. And, I want to remind you all just how important it is to do the same thing.
