5 Ways to Treat Your Mum This Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is only just around the corner, so it’s time to start planning to give your Mum the best one yet! Here are just a few ideas that’ll hopefully leave your Mum very happy this Sunday!

Breakfast in Bed – Surprise your Mum with a delicious fry-up this Sunday, and make sure she doesn’t even have to leave her bed.

Afternoon Tea – Who doesn’t love mini cakes, and delicious sandwiches, finished off with a British favourite – a cup of tea?

A Spa Day – This is a great activity that you can do together, leaving you both nice and pampered. You don’t even have to splash out on an expensive trip away, as you could just buy a few of your favourite beauty products and spend the night pampering yourselves at home.

Write her a letter – If you’re anything like me, you might find it difficult to express your emotions to those close to you, so writing a letter is a great way to tell your Mum how you feel without feeling all awkward about it! On Saturday, an Open Letter to my Mum (Mam!) will be going up on the blog, so keep an eye out for that!

Have a proper chat – Life can be pretty hectic, and that sometimes means we miss out on just having a good ol’ natter. So, take some time out of your day to just have a chat with your Mum, and find out everything that’s going on.

How are you planning to celebrate Mother’s Day?

Don’t forget to follow, with a new post every day at 6pm during the week, and 1pm on a weekend!

  2. Lovely post Lauren! I took her for Afternoon Tea and I have bought her all of her favourite things and going to give her them on Sunday. She spoils me rotten so when mother’s day comes around I have to do the same! Xx
