About a week ago, I ran a poll on my Twitter asking whether or not you’d like to see a What I Ate Wednesday up on the blog every week, and the response I received was mixed. But, the overall consensus was a yes – so, this week I’ll be starting off the series of posts. However, I will be running another poll in a week or two to see if this is something you’d like me to continue, so please do let me know your thoughts!
This week, I’ve tried to be a little bit healthier, which you can find all about in my post tomorrow. So, I’ve been attempting some new recipes, and avoiding chocolate as much as I can (can’t say it’s worked!)
7:30am: For breakfast, I tend to go for a similar option every week – 2 Weetabix and an Actimel. However, this week I thought I’d give a daily vitamin tablet a go, and I’ll keep you updated on whether it has any impact!
12pm: Very simple, for lunch I just had a bowl of tomato soup and 3 slices of wholemeal bread. Yum!
5pm: I would like to say that I made a really healthy, mixed meal, but unfortunately all I managed was some slimming world potato wedges and a bit of chicken. P.S.these weren’t all for me!
Then, I had some tapioca. I haven’t had this in soooo long, but it’s actually so delicious despite how it looks!
