Over the last few weeks, I’ve been feeling a bit down in the dumps. Exams are looming, which means stress upon stress upon stress. So, I’ve been desperately searching for some well-needed motivation, and I may have just found the perfect solution (thanks to a friend of mine!)
Just a few days ago, I was introduced to TED Talks. If you haven’t heard of it before, it’s essentially an organisation that hosts talks from inspirational speakers, in the aim of spreading a powerful message.
So, if you need some motivation this Monday then keep reading – I’m about to introduce you to some of my favourite TED Talks, which should get you straight back on track.
To make things that little bit easier, I’ve set up a YouTube playlist with 7 great TED talks, which you can find right here.
That’s one talk for every single day this week. So, why not pop on a talk while you get ready on a morning, or during your lunch hour? No talk is longer than 20 minutes long, so it’ll only take up a fraction of your day – there’s no excuse!
Before you know it, you’ll be thinking much more positively, and you may even be inspired to make a permanent change to your lifestyle.
Just give it a go – you won’t regret it.
Don’t forget to follow, with a new post every day at 1pm during the week, and 6pm on a weekend!
